Placing an order means accepting the terms displayed at checkout.
Products, prices and orders
Key features, variants and prices are shown before purchase. Prices use the selected market currency and include taxes where required. Shipping fees and estimates are shown before payment.
An order is confirmed after payment. NATS may reject or cancel an order for suspected fraud, manifest error or genuine unavailability and will refund any amount collected.
Payment
Available methods are those displayed at checkout. Payments are securely processed by Stripe and its partners. NATS does not retain full card numbers.
Delivery
Orders are delivered to the address supplied using the selected service. An estimate is shown before confirmation. Mandatory consumer rights apply in the event of material delay.
Withdrawal and returns
Where the statutory right applies, consumers have 14 days after receipt to notify withdrawal and a further 14 days to send goods back. Direct return costs for a change of mind are paid by the customer. A full-order withdrawal includes the initial standard delivery charge, but not an express upgrade. Sale items are not excluded.
Items must be complete and suitable for resale. Statutory exceptions remain applicable.
Legal guarantees
Products are covered by the French statutory conformity guarantee under Consumer Code articles L.217-3 and following, and the hidden defects guarantee under Civil Code articles 1641 and following, without limiting mandatory rights in the consumer's country.
