Shipping
NATS ships using services available through Boxtal and partner carriers, including Delivengo depending on destination. Checkout timings are estimates.
Change of mind
Where the statutory right applies, notify contact@nats-urbanwear.com within 14 days after receipt, then send the return within 14 further days. Include your order number, identity and items. Direct return costs are paid by you.
Faulty or incorrect product
Contact us before shipping with your order number and useful photos. If an item is faulty, non-conforming or incorrect, NATS will arrange a remedy and cover applicable return costs.
Refund
After receiving the return or evidence of shipment, we refund the original payment method within the statutory period. A deduction may apply if handling went beyond what was necessary to check the item.
Withdrawal statement
You may email: “I notify you of my withdrawal from order [number], received on [date], ordered by [name] at [address], dated [date].” Send it to contact@nats-urbanwear.com.
