Data and purposes
We process only the data needed to operate the store.
- Account and authentication: identity, email and security data.
- Orders and delivery: contact details, order contents, payment, shipping and tracking.
- Customer service and verified reviews: correspondence, proof of purchase and published content.

- Security: technical logs, fraud prevention and service protection.
Legal bases and retention

Service providers
Necessary providers include Hostinger for WordPress and WooCommerce data hosting, Stripe for payment, Boxtal and carriers including Delivengo for delivery, Upstash for technical storage, and Resend for transactional and consent-based email delivery.
International transfers
Where data is processed outside the European Economic Area, transfers are protected using GDPR mechanisms such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses where required.
